Bounce – Spacehopper members club terms and conditions
1. Definitions
“Members Club” refers to Bounce, the official Spacehopper members club.
“Member” means any individual who has registered and/or paid to join Bounce.
“Membership” refers to the benefits and access granted to Members.
2. Membership Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 16 and over. Under 18s require parental consent.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
3. Membership Fees
- Fees (if applicable) are payable annually or monthly.
- All payments are processed securely. No refunds unless required by law.
4. Member Benefits
- Exclusive updates, regular email newsletter, early access to music, exclusive merchandise offers, private livestreams, and member-only content.
- Benefits may vary and are subject to change without notice.
5. Data Protection
- Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Data is used solely for fan club administration and communication.
- Members may request data access or deletion at any time.
6. Communications
- By joining, members consent to receive email updates and promotional content.
- Members can opt out via unsubscribe links or by contacting the club.
7. Cancellation & Termination
- Members may cancel at any time; benefits cease immediately.
- Bounce reserves the right to terminate membership for breach of terms or misuse.
8. Intellectual Property
- All Spacehopper content (music, images, videos, logos) remains the property of the band.
- Members may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
9. Liability
- Bounce is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
- Events and benefits are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
